You are rewarded financially with the highest salary in the travel industry. We have an incentivised pay structure with unlimited earning potential. For example, our new staff earn a salary of no less than £18,000 in their first year (for an entry level consultant), which includes an uncapped commission – so the more you sell, the more money you make. Our top trainee consultants often earn twice their guaranteed salary in their first year! On top of this, our Store Team Leaders have the opportunity to earn significant bonuses and incentive payments in addition to their commission.
Our top consultants are recognized on a regular basis with plaques and prizes, as well as having their names listed in monthly management reports. Our top selling consultants even have the opportunity to win a car.
